Not all metrics carry equal weight. A forwarder handling time-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments will weight on-time delivery and claims ratio heavily. One managing bulk commodity freight might prioritize rate adherence and transit time consistency. Define weights that reflect your operational priorities and customer commitments, and review them annually.
