Berna Bulgurcu

Co-founder & CEO

Geological engineer and PhD candidate with 10 academic publications across engineering and data analysis. Certified ISO 27001 Internal Auditor — Syntask's security architecture is designed to this standard from day one. Spent 6 years in the US at a technology startup, progressing from software project management to Country Manager and Operations Control Manager — working directly with logistics teams on operational systems design and process control. Led technology development projects across logistics, healthcare, and engineering. Founded Syntask in 2024 to close the gap between operational data and operational decisions.

Co-founder & CFO

Extensive background in large-scale engineering project management — leading cross-functional teams and overseeing complex budgets across multi-year programmes. Transitioned to the US logistics sector where he held senior finance roles including Accounting Manager and Financial Specialist, building deep expertise in operational cost structures and financial controls in logistics environments.

Serdar Güler, CTO & Technical Co-founder at Syntask

Serdar Güler

CTO & Technical Co-founder

15+ years as CTO at BiSoft Bilgi Teknolojileri, one of Turkey's leading enterprise technology companies. Concurrently served as part-time instructor at Ankara University for nearly 11 years, teaching Object-Oriented Programming and Business Intelligence in the Computer Engineering Department. Previously held system administration and project management roles at METU. Leads Syntask's technical architecture — built on LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, and RAG/Qdrant infrastructure.
